The Mission

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Backend Architect to spearhead our next-generation game server architecture. You will design, benchmark, and deploy mission-critical microservices in Go, gRPC, and Redis, ensuring sub-15ms roundtrip spin and settlement latency across Tier-1 global iGaming operators.

Day-to-Day Execution

What You'll Architect & Build

Architect high-throughput, low-latency microservices in Go, Kafka, and Redis cluster.
Design provably fair cryptographic RNG verification pipelines using SHA-256 and client-server seeds.
Optimize memory allocation, garbage collection cycles, and network protocol throughput under extreme load.
Collaborate with Game Math and Frontend WebGL teams on physics, crash multiplier math, and real-time state machines.
Mentor intermediate engineers and establish enterprise testing standards for zero-downtime hot-deployments.

Qualifications

What We Look For

6+ years of production software engineering with 4+ years dedicated to Go.
Proven experience architecting distributed systems handling 50,000+ RPS with 99.999% availability.
Deep understanding of TCP/UDP, WebSockets, gRPC, and protobuf serialization.
Familiarity with financial transaction integrity, ACID databases (PostgreSQL), and memory-first caches (Redis).
Experience with iGaming, crypto casinos, or high-frequency trading platforms is a significant advantage.
